On a crisp December afternoon, indulging in a couple of hours between ambiguous bus routes through the Tuscan countryside while gazing over the panoramic terrace of Montalcino. Despite the tourist-exhausted center, the side streets are a delight to ramble through and I’m always impressed by how abruptly the town transforms into infinite hills of undeveloped forest. With a view like this, it’s no surprise that the grapes that grow here pack a punch! Bucolic class.

Part of the Acrylic Postcards series (IG: @acrylicpostcards), which features paintings based on photos from my travels. The aim of this project is to inspire and showcase some off-the-beaten-track destination gems (and some global stars).

-Paper is roughly 15x15cm wide. The painting is roughy 14.5×14.5cm wide. Couple mm differences between acrylic poastcards may occur.
